Perfect for a romantic getaway

Our master suite includes a king-sized bed facing a balcony overlooking the ocean, outdoor bathroom and shower with a view, sitting area, and ample closet space. You may not even want to leave the suite!

Room for the whole family

The main living area of the house is on the completely open second floor. Multiple couches, chairs, and even a hammock and hanging macramé chairs allows for plenty of space to spread out. This is also where you'll find the kitchen and 100% vanishing edge triangular infinity pool!

Tons of fun to be had

Fishing, surfing, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling and fresh local cuisine - everything you could want is also right within walking distance from this private luxury retreat, especially our nearly deserted sandy beach!

What a beautiful place to stay

"The house was gorgeous. The beaches were quiet and peaceful. The village of Troncones was quiet and safe. Jani’s caretakers cooked amazing food and Arturo took us out to catch dinner. I don’t think there is a better place to spend a beach vacation. There are not many places left in the world where you can walk along the beach and not see a soul for miles. Just miles of coconut palms." - David M.

A fabulous place to disconnect from the world

"The location is very remote. Paved roads in Troncones, watch out for the many speed bumps, then onto a dirt road in Majahua. The house is beautiful with a Master bedroom on the top level and two lockouts on the first level. Each lockout has a King, queen, and two twins. Reyna and Arturo take care of the place and two of the nicest people you'll meet. Reyna's cooking is FABULOUS. Arturo will take you out fishing.

There are two dogs and four cats and they are wonderful and gentle. The beach below is great for walking, but I didn't venture too far into the water due to an abundance of sea urchins. There is a great beach for swimming and boogie boarding at the Crocodile Crossing.

I cannot recommend this place enough." - Charles S.
